Description Leaves 10-30cm long, 3-8cm wide. Scapes 20-40cm tall. Flowers pale purple sepals 13-18mm long, lips 7-10mm wide, flowering in August. Terrestrial. Perennial plants.
Note Calanthe puberula has longer lip petal than Calanthe reflexa.
Underside of leaf of Calanthe puberula var. okushirensis is hairy. Calanthe reflexa has no hair.
